PREGNANCY
CHIROPRACTIC

A MORE COMFORTABLE PREGNANCY,
AND EASIER BIRTH FOR MOM AND BABY

Pregnancy is a time of tremendous change - physically as the body grows a baby and prepares for birth, chemically as the hormones rapidly change, and emotionally as moms (and dads) prepare for the transition into parenthood.  Any misalignment or restriction in the spine and/or pelvis can interfere with the nervous system and reduce mom's ability to adapt to those challenges.  Not only does this contribute to some of the most common complaints expectant parents experience - aches and pains, heartburn, low energy, poor sleep, etc - it also makes birth more difficult by getting in the way of baby's position, restricting pelvic movement necessary for baby's descent through the birth canal, and tightening the pelvic floor muscles.

Long story short - if the spine and pelvis are not working properly, pregnancy is less comfortable and birth is more difficult!

Chiropractic is focused on using safe and gentle, corrective adjustments to restore normal biomechanics in the spine and pelvis, allowing both mom to be more comfortable and better adapt to the changes of pregnancy.  This also helps moms better respond to the stresses in pregnancy, creating a better environment for baby to grow, facilitating better positioning in preparation for birth, and ultimately improving birth for both mom and baby.

Our doctors are Webster-certified through the ICPA, meaning they are specially trained to work with pregnant women and provide safe and effective chiropractic care.

PEDIATRIC
CHIROPRACTIC

FOR HAPPIER, HEALTHIER KIDS

Life is inherently stressful - from the pushing and pulling on their neck during birth, to falling on their butts while learning to walk, to sports and sitting in school - kids experience physical trauma almost daily. When the bones of the spine shift, even a little bit, it can interfere with how the nervous system regulates and coordinates function throughout the body.

For newborns this can complicate feeding, digestion, comfort, sleep, and movement. Some of the most common complaints seen in infancy are not disease processes, but rather a failure for the body to adjust to this new life outside the womb. By identifying and correcting these spinal "subluxations", chiropractic helps kids better adapt to these life stresses and ultimately helps kids get and stay healthy.

Our doctors have specialized training in chiropractic pediatrics and can reassure even the most skeptical parents. Whether you are struggling with your child's development or hoping to give them every advantage in life, let us show you how chiropractic can help your child!

WELLNESS
CHIROPRACTIC

FROM BIRTH AND BEYOND, FOR EVERYONE

Most of our healthcare system is built on diagnosing and treating disease. There's very little available for the promotion, maintenance, and restoration of health. That's why most people don't take action until their health issues interfere with the things they want or need to do.

But it doesn't have to be that way...

What would it be like if we raised our kids and took care of ourselves to express health and better adapt to the physical, chemical, and emotional stresses of life before we get sick or hurt?

We recognize there are five things we need for health - eat well, move well, think well, sleep well, and have a well-functioning nervous system. Chiropractic helps address the latter. By providing gentle, corrective adjustments, chiropractic allows our body to better regulate and coordinate function, and efficiently adapt to the changes happening around us all the time.

Our practice is filled with families who utilize chiropractic on a regular basis, not just to recover from sickness or injury, but to maintain health and ultimately, thrive!
